Metal detector, beginner level

Enjoy the fun of exploring with a metal detector. You may find historic and/or valuable objects. It may be coins, jewellery or gemstones that are hidden in the earth.

The beginner level metal detector is ready for use. Only the stem should be adjusted to fit you, the angle of the search coil as well as inserting the included 9V battery.

Functions:
Display: When ready for use green light is shown as well as a detector symbol. A dart board appears when the detector has found an object. At the same time red light is shown and a beeping noise starts.
Battery change: The display shows a battery icon when change of battery is needed.
Search coil: The search coil is waterproof and can be used in fresh water as well as salt water. However, water should not enter into the handle part. After using the search coil in salt water, rinse it with fresh water to prevent corrosion of the metal parts.

Search depth: 7 cm

Never destroy historical or archaeological treasures. If you are unsure about an object you have found, please contact a museum or historical institution in your area. Leave the land and vegetations as it was. Fill in the holes you dig.
